The aim of the service is to offer companies a journalistic project whose purpose is to create and realise products for the publishing industry that contain the history of the company, its production procedure and its products. The service is carried out by a team of qualified experts. (Code: SPC/MA)
History is essential to understand the technological and organisational abilities of a company, its willingness to change and its influence on the culture of the territory and its population.
A company monograph includes a company's history. It tell the story of its protagonists: from the myth of its founding to the technical know-how of its employees. It describes the company's material (facilities, tools, machines, products, services) and intangible goods (brands and patents, human resources, organization, relationships, professional education).
The company monograph outlines the company's values, projects, consistency in time and deep identity by using a communicative means that make them interesting and easily understood by clients, providers, consumers and simply curious people.
The company monograph contributes to reinforcing the company's reputation: it is the right opportunity to look back and rediscover its past, to make its successes and strengths known. Its purpose is to make sense and strengthen the present. It allows change to be imagined and future projects to be outlined.
Realising a company's monograph requires many stages:

  • researching historical witnesses that may be useful to attest the company's history: these may be stored in the company's archive or in public and private archives as well;
  • gathering and critically selecting official communication (ads, brochures, interviews, balance sheets, organisation charts, press releases, technical documents, etc.);
  • meetings with managers;
  • interviewing workers (anonymously) to let stories, anecdotes and lives emerge, as well as the way each if them 'feels' the company.

Comparing and analysing different levels, from the 'official' company to people's everyday life, is essential to compose the company's general picture, which today is often complex, kaleidoscopic, fragmentary, and to offer a true practical story of the people and things that the company represents.
EthicsGo offers a team of qualifies experts (archivists, historian, sociologists, journalists, writers, photographers, editors and graphic designers) to realise a product capable of communicating ideas, solutions and feelings through narration.
