Legal, scientific, semiotic-semantic and marketing Opinions are aimed at verifying if advertising communication is allowed, truthful, effective and ethical in its every form and means without obtaining any Approval or Certificate from EthicsGo.

Services

Legal, scientific, semiotic-semantic and marketing Services have been conceived to attest that advertising communication is allowed, truthful, compliant, effective and ethical in its every form and means: this is done after EthicsGo has created messages, claims, informative texts that stress the distinctive qualities of a product with respect to competitors in relation to product, system and market characteristics.

All services are provided on the basis of the documents and/or lab analyses supplied by the customer and they include an Opinion, an Approval and/or a Certificate for the Quality of Communication by EthicsGo.

The Approval and/or the Communication Certificate attest that EthicsGo recognises its responsibility for the service which has been carried out with respect to the possible financial losses of the company, for which EthicsGo has liability coverage up to one million Euros by the Lloyd's of London.

Projects

Legal, scientific, semiotic-semantic and marketing Projects of Ethical Consultancy and Communication in Outsourcing have been conceived to attest that advertising communication is allowed, truthful, compliant, effective and ethical in its every form and means: EthicsGo proceeds in doing this through the creation from scratch of messages, claims, informative texts that stress the distinctive qualities of a product with respect to competitors in relation to product, system and market characteristics.

The Projects in Outsourcing are carried out on the basis of lab analyses and of the documents made by EthicsGo and they include the issue of the Approval and/or the Certificate of Ethical Communication according to the admissibility, truthfulness, compliance, effectiveness and ethics criteria which have been verified.

Validation criteria

Admissibility

To confirm that what has been declared on the documents provided by the client is legally allowed, compliant and permissible.

Truthfulness

To ensure that what has been claimed in the documents provided by the client has a scientific foundation.

Compliance

To signal the legal and scientific correspondence of what has been claimed, which is confirmed by the tests requested by EthicsGo.

Effectiveness

To indicate the ability to obtain the desired result, i.e. to indicate that what has been claimed may produce the desired effect.

Ethics

To verify that each of the other four criteria are respected, as well as all the ethical codes and self-regulation norms in force in the respective countries.

Quality Level

1° basic level: LEGAL. It is the legal quality level, i.e. the minimum mandatory level: it implies ensuring compliance with national, European and international advertising laws.

2° level: STANDARD. Quality level determined by the voluntary compliance to the advertising self-regulation codes in force in the target countries.

level: SUPER. This quality level is superior to the Legal and Standard ones, and it implies the mandatory Semantic and Semiotic analysis of the ads.

4° level, the top: ETHICS i.e. ethical communication quality. It is the top of the scale and it indicates innovation of quality processes and all-round compliance of the communication, verified by scientific analyses demanded by EthicsGo.
